The Councils' Charter in Worcestershire is a living document which has been adopted by CALC and most Principal Authorities in the county.

The charter recommends that Parish and Town Councils adopt procedures for dealing with:

• complaints
• liaison with County & District Councillors
• member-officer relations

for which CALC has model procedures.
