A Quality Council is representative of, and actively engages with, all parts of its community, providing vision, identity and a sense of belonging.

Your Clerk should have a copy of the booklet "A guide to becoming a Quality Council".

The CALC Executive Officer is appointed by the ODPM as Secretary to the County Accreditation Panel.

Pre-application advice to Parish and Town Councils is delivered by the CALC Development Support officer. When awarded Quality Parish/Town Status there is a strict protocol on the use of the logos.
