 Vacancy for Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer to the Parish Council.

The Parish Council is seeking a self-motivated person to fill the role of the

Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer to the Council, generally working from home and attending 4/6 Council meetings annually at the Village Hall.

The Clerk is the central point of communication for all matters concerning the Council and is additionally responsible for ensuring that the actions of the Council fall within and comply with existing legal requirements.

 Salary: £5040 (£12 per hour x 10 hours per week x 48 weeks) This is in line with the current salary point LC1 SCP14 pro rata, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition, a £6/week HMRC working from home allowance is paid.

The Clerk will be expected to attend relevant training from Worcs.CALC.
