Please ensure that you:
- have the approval of the council to attend YLCA training.
- register well in advance to secure your place (some sessions fill up very quickly) and ensure the e-mail address provided is accurate when registering.
For all webinar training, please:
- Include the name of the council so that an invoice can be issued to the council by the CALC or YLCA (by agreement of the CALC) and whether you are a councillor or officer. Please also remember to add the name of the CALC after the name of the council.

- The presentation and handouts will be e-mailed to delegates after the session, and an invoice will be issued to the relevant CALC or council.
If less than five people register for a training session, it may be cancelled (anyone registered for a cancelled webinar training session will be advised of the cancellation by e-mail).
Cancellation
If delegates are unable to attend a training session and do not cancel the registration, the CALC or council will be charged. Therefore, please cancel delegates’ bookings as soon as you realise they will be unable to attend; this will allow someone else to take their place. If the delegate does not attend the training, YLCA will charge the CALC or council if notification of the cancellation has not been received. Please email
