She is also locum for Worcestershire CALC and currently looking after Belbroughton and Fairfield Parish, as well as undertaking various other locum roles in the past.Ruth is Associate Trainer for Worcestershire CALC and a member of the Internal Audit Team.She is passionate about local government and the parishes she is clerk to, as the first tier of local government it is wonderful to see what a difference can be made in our communities. She is also a member of the Society of Local Council Clerks and has been elected to represent Worcestershire on their Forum. Ruth is CiLCA qualified and has obtained Level 5 and Foundation Degree in Community Governance in partnership with the SLCC and De Montfort university and is now in her final year of a BA Hons Degree

Having started with a BA(Hons) business studies degree she has added the cherished CiLCA qualification along the way and is now recognised as a fellow of the Society of Local Council Clerks, FSLCC. Passionate about the difference parish and town councils can make to their communities, Gill also provides training support to various county associations along with an internal audit service.

TCP Audit Services provided by Louise Baudet who is an experienced Clerk/RFO of over 15 years for Parish Councils in both Warwickshire and Solihull, and also an approved Locum for the Warwickshire Association of Local Councils.  She is CiLCA qualified and has also completed FiLCA alongside a BA Hons in Business and Finance, in addition to a range of specialist Town and Parish Council training in areas such as Procurement, VAT, Data Protection and GDPR and Internal Audits.
